Our firm works to qualify clients for Medical Assistance in PA. This is a highly complex area of law and it is constantly changing.
Our firm acts as the "Quarterback" and guides clients and their families through the complex process of qualifying individuals for public benefits.
Our goal is to qualify clients for Medical Assistance in the most efficient manner.

A client/family member/Agent schedules an initial consultation with the attorney to discuss the client's immediate needs and long-term goals.
During this meeting, we discuss all of the Medical Assistance guidelines, determine the most efficient way to qualify the client for Medical Assistance, and review the necessary documentation to complete the application. The cost of this meeting is $750. This fee will be applied to the flat fee if the client decides to proceed.
At the conclusion of this meeting, we will discuss the next steps and the appropriate flat fee.
The individual will sign the retainer agreement, provide a check for one-half of the flat fee (this fee can be paid from the client's account) and provide all of the requested documentation.
The attorney will work with the client/family member/Agent to compile all necessary documentation and will prepare the Medical Assistance application.
The attorney will represent the client in all Medical Assistance meetings, hearings and telephone conferences.
